Absolutely the best! This is our first time renting our property via a property management company. Chris, right from the beginning has put our minds at ease. He is very attentive to our calls/messages and always stayed on top of things. Chris, did a careful vetting and proposed the right tenants for our property. It’s been 6 months and he does periodic inspections and shares pictures of our house. We cannot ask for more, and we are very happy that our property is in safe hands.

I own a rental property here in the lower mainland and was having trouble finding qualified tenants during a slow rental season.
